Jean Dat has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Their most recent role was as a Frontend Web Angular Developer at LiveAction - Network Performance Management, where they were responsible for the design, development, and testing of Single Page Applications. Prior to that, they worked at Orange Business Services in various roles, including developing a responsive web front-end in Angular 6 and reworking a node tool for auditing website accessibility. Jean also worked on the development and administration of internal tools for videoconferencing equipment and the creation of an application mobile for the Mutualité Sociale Agricole using Cordova. Other previous roles include working on developments for Orange's tele decoder for the NewTV triple play offer and contributing to the SmartImmo project, where they developed additional services for the M2MBox Orange and integrated various sensors and services. Jean Dat began their career as a developer at GFI Informatique.

Jean Dat attended Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès from 2005 to 2006, where they obtained a Master I degree in Nouvelles Technologies Informatique de l'Entreprise. Following this, from 2006 to 2007, Jean attended Université Côte d'Azur. Here, they obtained a Master II degree in Multimedia, Bases de Données et Systèmes d'information, with a focus on développement logiciel.
