Keith Parsons

Keith Parsons has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Keith started their career at Network General as a Manager of Sales Engineering in APAC and Japan, where they worked for 13 years. Keith then joined AirDefense as the Director of Sales Engineering, Training, and Services. After that, they worked at Crannog Software as a Director of Sales Engineering and later moved on to Atlantic Business Development as the Director of Sales Engineering. At Atlantic, they provided guidance for all aspects of engineering, training, and product development. Currently, Keith Parsons works at LiveAction Network Management Software as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they are responsible for pre-sales engineering tasks and providing post-sales support.

Keith Parsons attended Leeds High School from 1974 to 1977. Following their high school education, they pursued a degree in computer science from Jefferson State Community College, where they studied from 1978 to 1981.
