Alicia Henríquez

Alicia Henríquez has extensive experience in learning and development, holding key leadership roles such as Head of People at Liveblocks and Director of Learning and Development at both Momofuku and Capsule. As a founding member of TroopHR, Alicia contributed to the establishment of innovative HR solutions. Alicia's career also includes positions as Learning and Development Manager and Specialist at Blink Fitness. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2008-2009) and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from The University of British Columbia (2004-2008).
