Chris Friend

Chris Friend is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the sports technology industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of LiveHeats, a live scoring and competition management app utilized by sports organizations worldwide. With a strong background in business analysis and product management, Chris co-founded Clippero, which was acquired by Surfline in 2023, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Klip Sports, where an AI-driven sports analytics platform was developed. Prior to these roles, Chris gained extensive experience in consulting with Nous Group and Beyond Boundaries Group, and showcased athletic talent as a professional surfer with the World Surf League. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney and exchanges at UCLA and the Stockholm School of Economics.
