Kelsey Schimmel, M.Ed., BCBA is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the field of behavior analysis and support. Kelsey currently holds the role of People Experience Manager at LiveIntent, Inc., where they are responsible for managing the overall employee experience. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning Content Specialist at the same company.

Before joining LiveIntent, Inc., Kelsey worked at the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center, starting as a Lead Behavior Therapist and later progressing to the role of Senior Behavior Therapist- Classroom Coordinator. Kelsey then served as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Consultant, providing valuable insights and expertise in the realm of autism and behavioral intervention.

Kelsey also gained experience as a Behavioral Therapist at Easterseals Northern California, where they contributed to the development and implementation of behavioral therapy programs for individuals with special needs.

Early in their career, Kelsey worked at the Jewish Family & Children's Service of Arizona as a Prevention Specialist and Family Support Worker, where they provided assistance and support to families in need.

Kelsey Schimmel, M.Ed., BCBA, has a strong educational background in the field of psychology and applied behavior analysis. Kelsey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2010. Building on their undergraduate education, they furthered their studies at the same university and earned a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction of Applied Behavior Analysis from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Kelsey Schimmel has pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Kelsey completed the "Leading at a Distance" certification program offered by LinkedIn in July 2020. Kelsey is also a certified Behavior Analyst, as accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
