Rismala S. has a diverse range of work experience starting from 2017. Rismala began as an intern at Jababeka Industrial Estate Cikarang in July 2017. From there, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Center For Tourism Destination Studies from February 2016 to February 2018. Rismala then joined Traveloka as a Customer Operation - Flight and Ground Transport Ticketing Agent from July 2018 to February 2019. Following that, they worked as a Content Writer at OHMG (Origin Hope Media Group) for a brief period from July 2021 to August 2021. Rismala then joined BEAU BAKERY as a Business Development Associate from March 2019 to September 2021. After that, they joined PT. Ichigo Indonesia Inti as a CX Specialist from September 2021 until the present, where they provided technical support to customers, managed social media accounts, and handled online reputation. Lastly, they will be starting a role as a Merchant Support and Onboarding Specialist at Liven from May 2023 onwards.

From 2014 to 2018, Rismala S. attended Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI) where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Travel Industry.
