Huileng C.

Huileng C. has a strong background in tax accounting, with experience in both domestic and international taxation. They began their career as a Tax Associate at RSM US LLP in 2008 and quickly progressed to Senior Tax Associate. In 2012, they joined Maxim Integrated as an International Tax Analyst before being promoted to Senior International Tax Analyst in 2014 and ultimately International Tax Manager in 2017. They continued their career in international tax at Analog Devices in 2021 but left in 2022 to become the Senior Tax Manager - Domestic Tax at Infinera. Most recently, Huileng has taken on the role of Senior International Tax Analyst at Livent starting in 2023.

Huileng C. obtained a BS degree in Accounting and Business Administration with a double major from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Huileng then pursued further education at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, also at UT Dallas, where they completed their MS degree in Accounting with a Tax Concentration from 2007 to 2008.

Additionally, Huileng C. obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from Texas in July 2011.
