Alice Ngo

Alice Ngo, PMP, CSM, currently serves as the Customer Success Director for Healthcare at LiveRamp, overseeing a significant portfolio of healthcare clients with over $18M in annual contract value and leading initiatives to enhance operational health. Previously, Alice held various roles at LiveRamp, including Senior Customer Success Manager, and contributed to securing multi-year contract renewals with strategic financial services customers. Alice has extensive experience in customer success from a decade-long tenure at NPR, where collaborative tactics improved customer onboarding and loyalty, and earlier roles at the Los Angeles Times and The Center for Nonprofit Management focused on campaign management and strategic marketing. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Loyola Marymount University.
