Lindsey James

Lindsey James has extensive experience in commercial law and litigation, currently serving as Lead Counsel- Commercial at LiveRamp since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as Commercial Counsel at Elevate for six months and as Counsel- Commercial and Intellectual Property at Wrike, a prominent SaaS platform, where responsibilities included managing legal aspects for a client base of 2.3 million. Lindsey's previous tenure at the New York City Law Department spanned nearly 15 years, during which roles included Senior Contracts and Intellectual Property Counsel, Senior Counsel in the Special Litigation Unit, and Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Tort Division, managing complex tort claims and numerous contracts. Lindsey holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder.
