Donna Hall

Donna Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donna has held various roles in Liverpool City Council since 2016, including Strategic Engagement and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Workforce & Training Lead, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Training Specialist, and Physical Activity & Sport Development Coordinator. In these positions, they have focused on embedding diversity and inclusion into the council's workforce, conducting training programs, and coordinating physical activity and sports development initiatives. Prior to working at the council, Donna served as an ILM Young Leader Award Instructor at CVQO. Donna also has experience in leisure and culture development, sport development, and disability sport development during their tenure at Knowsley MBC. Additionally, they worked as a Play and Volunteer Coordinator at Barnardo's.

Donna Hall 🏳️‍🌈 earned a BA(HONS) degree in Sport Development with PE from Liverpool John Moores University in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their GCSE & A Levels at St Wilfrids Catholic High School from 1992 to 1999. Donna is currently pursuing an MSc degree at the University of Birmingham, expected to be completed in 2026.
