Joanne Cross

Joanne Cross has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. Joanne began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Milliken & Company in 2003. From there, they moved on to Warrington Collegiate in 2005, where they served as an Enterprise Coordinator and Teacher of Business and Professional Studies. During their time there, they took on additional responsibilities as an Advanced Teaching Practitioner and Course Leader for various business and management courses. In 2008, Joanne joined Birchwood Community High School as the Director of Applied Learning. Joanne then transitioned to Liverpool Hope University in 2011, where they held various roles including Professional Tutor in Education/Continuing Professional Development Manager. Their responsibilities at Liverpool Hope University included managing and developing partnerships, securing new income-generating initiatives, and project managing the ITT Accreditation process.

Joanne Cross completed their education with a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University in 2004. Joanne then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on Secondary Education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2004 to 2005. Later, they obtained a Masters degree in Strategic Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completing it in 2008.
