John Augspurger

John Augspurger is a semi-retired professional with extensive experience in the agriculture and livestock nutrition industries. Currently, at Livestock Nutrition Center since 2014, John focuses on aligning organizational talent and managing risk through a solid commodity background. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2014, John served as the Manager of Feed Ingredient Merchandising at DeBruce Grain and played a key role in the integration of operations following its acquisition by Gavilon Group, LLC. John's career began at Purina Mills, LLC, where from 1980 to 2004, John advanced through various roles in purchasing and logistics, ultimately becoming the Director of Purchasing. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 1980.
