Nancy McCartney, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning various industries. Nancy currently serves as the Owner/President of HR Bridging, a division of McCartney Resources, LLC, where they lead a team of HR experts in providing comprehensive HR solutions. Prior to this role, Nancy held positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Weller, Senior Human Resources Consultant at Weller, HR Director/Client Business Partner at Propel, HR Director/Operations Manager at Windsor Health Group/Sterling, and Human Resources Benefits Manager at The Cliffs Communities. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.
