Raj Shekharan Pandian

Raj Shekharan Pandian has worked in various legal roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Legal Manager at HDFC Bank Limited, where their responsibilities included initiating arbitration, execution of awards, NI ACT 138 CASES, RRC, SARFAESI Act, DRT, and initiating legal proceedings in all NPA accounts qualified under SARFAESI. In 2017, they worked as a Regional Manager Legal at Agrogize (Thailand) Co., Ltd., where their responsibilities included monitoring, preparing, and managing all legal documents for the company business, as well as reviewing and drafting business contracts and providing legal review to all concerned departments. In 2018, they worked as a Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where their responsibilities included litigation management and legal research, maintaining the MIS and documents pertaining to legal cases, conducting DRT proceedings and execution of RC Certificate, and preparing and drafting replies to be filed in consumer forums and other forums. In the same year, they also worked as a State Head at IIFL (India Infoline Group), where their responsibilities included issuance of Sec. 138 NIA notices against the defaulters, appearing before court for the proceedings of Sec. 138 NIA proceedings, and initiating civil recovery proceedings against unsecured exposed delinquent customers. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Manager at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. Finally, in 2021, they are currently working as an Associate Vice President at LIVFIN, where their responsibilities include corporate and transactional legal, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing various types of agreements used for banking & finance products, as well as negotiating terms of engagement with alliance partners for various business partnerships and preparing documentation for various types of business arrangements.

Raj Shekharan Pandian completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Padmashree Dr D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in B.A.LLb (Hons) from Rani Durgavati University in 2007.
