Spencer Leung

Spencer Leung has extensive work experience in the banking industry, holding various leadership roles. Spencer is currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at livi bank, a position they took up in April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk Management at the same company from September 2020 to April 2021. Before joining livi bank, Spencer worked at CMB Wing Lung Bank as the Head of the Process Management Department from November 2018 to September 2020. Spencer also had a long tenure at Standard Chartered Bank, where they held multiple positions including Regional Head of Risk Operations, Greater China and North Asia, Head of Audit for Group Functions and Risk, and Head of Credit for Retail Lending Policy, Hong Kong. Prior to that, they worked at The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited and Citi, where they served in various roles related to credit and risk management.

Spencer Leung obtained a Master of Economics degree with a specialization in Economics and Psychology from The University of Hong Kong between 1992 and 1994.
