Patrice McGuire

Patrice McGuire has nearly 30 years of human resource and training experience, working with leaders at all levels in a variety of industries. In 1998, they started their career as a Corporate Trainer at Strong Funds, where they facilitated a variety of programs relative to orientation, team development, coaching, leadership, competency development, and working more effectively with others. Patrice then moved on to R.W. Baird as a Trainer in 2001, and then to Northwestern Mutual as a Training Consultant in 2005. In 2004, they joined the Living As A Leader team as a facilitator and leadership coach, and also became the Past President of the Southeastern Wisconsin ASTD. In 2006, they began working as a Trainer at Johnson Financial Group, and in 2007, they joined Michael J. Quinlan, Inc. as a Senior Consultant and Master Trainer. In 2008, they began working as a Training Consultant - Crucial Conversations for Briggs and Stratton. In 2001, they also started their own business, McGuire Business Partners, which provides leadership training and team development for companies.

Patrice McGuire attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a BBA in Human Resources Management.
