Kristin Thim

Kristin Thim, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the field of human resources. Kristin is currently employed at Living Branches, where they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Chief HR Officer at the same company. Before joining Living Branches, Kristin worked as the Director of Human Resources at Grace Inspired Ministries and as the Vice President of Human Resources at Rockhill Mennonite Community. In addition, they have held positions such as the Director of Recruitment and Compliance at Grace Inspired Ministries, Human Resources Manager at OAA Orthopaedic Specialists, HR Business Partner at IMS Health and De Lage Landen, and Placement/Staff Coordinator and Coordinator of Staff Training at County of Bucks. With extensive experience in HR, Kristin Thim brings a wealth of expertise to their current role.

Kristin Thim, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Holy Family University, which they completed in 2002. In 2006, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Additionally, Kristin holds a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management.
