James Tulley

James Tulley is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in fashion and business development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Asian Couture Federation since July 2013, Tulley supports the Executive Board in advancing the organization's mission across Asia and globally. In addition to this role, Tulley is the Chief Communications Officer for Guo Pei, enhancing the renowned couture brand's international presence, and a Freelance Writer for Living Magazine, focusing on Sussex's creative landscape. As Chief Operating Officer of FIDE Fashion Weeks, Tulley oversees significant luxury fashion events in Asia. Previously, Tulley held leadership positions in marketing and HR at Couturissimo and UBS Wealth Management, respectively, and possesses a strong academic background in law from City, University of London.
