Noelle Marchand

Noelle Marchand is currently the Communications Director at Living Water International. Prior to this role, Noelle worked as a Stewardship Communication Specialist and Reporting Specialist within the same organization. Noelle has been a Published Novelist since November 2010 and also served as a Social Media Specialist for the Love Inspired Historical Authors Group from January 2011 to August 2016. Noelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Houston Christian University where Noelle studied Mass Communication, Speech Communication, Journalism, and related programs from 2007 to 2012.
