Laura Ixta -O'Leary

Laura Ixta-O'Leary has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Livingston Community Health, where they lead various teams and focuses on employee engagement, quality care, and career development. Prior to this, Laura worked at Golden Valley Health Centers in several roles, including Central Valley PACE Center Manager, Medical Center Manager III, Training and Development Manager, Operations Training Coordinator, Front Office Supervisor II, and Patient Service Representative. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in managing operations, providing holistic care to the elderly, training and development, and supervising front office staff.
