Karen Simba

Karen Simba is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in suicide prevention training and community development consulting. Karen has been with LivingWorks since January 2004, holding the position of Regional Training & Delivery Manager for Canada. In addition, Karen is an ASIST Team Leader, safeTALK Instructor, and suicide to Hope Instructor. Previously, Karen was with KRGrant Consulting Inc from January 2004 to January 2020, serving as an ASIST Senior Trainer Coach & Consultant, safeTALK Instructor, and suicide to Hope Instructor. Karen has been an ASIST Trainer since 2004 and Trainer Coach since 2012, as well as a safeTALK Instructor since 2014. Karen holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Crime, and Deviance from the University of Toronto.
