Hady Abi Akl

Hady Abi Akl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Hady is currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Livv since October 2021. Prior to that, Hady worked at Bank Audi for six years, from 2015 to 2021. During their time at Bank Audi, they held various positions such as Network Administrator, Team Lead Datacenter, and Senior Technician Datacenter. In these roles, they were responsible for handling and solving requests, configuring and installing network components, analyzing and resolving connectivity issues, designing and implementing infrastructure, providing technical solutions, managing workflows, updating policies and documentation, overseeing financials, preparing plans for data center development, and implementing service methodologies.

Hady also gained experience as an IT Support Specialist at Alwasl International Group from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they provided technical support, conducted vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, installed operating systems, configured servers, and participated in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Prior to that, Hady worked as a Technical Support Technician at Omega Software Inc from 2012 to 2014, where they performed on-site installations, configurations, and testing, provided technical assistance and support, and conducted training sessions for clients.

Additionally, Hady has worked in other roles earlier in their career. Hady worked as an Operator at Retail Group Lebanon from 2011 to 2012, where they assisted in setting up employees' equipment, managed inventory records, coordinated stock control operations and transfers, and replenished stores as needed. Hady also briefly worked as an Application Tester at STeP Systems in 2011, where they coordinated acceptance testing processes, interacted with development and operations teams, and verified integration and end-to-end testing of applications. Hady began their career as an IT Technician at Publisac S.A.R.L from 2008 to 2011, where they maintained hardware performance, network connectivity, and software updates, diagnosed issues with warehouse software, and managed physical stock and inventory.

Hady Abi Akl completed their Bachelor of Computing with Business Studies from Arab Open University in Lebanon from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Business Communication and Correspondence from the American Lebanese Language Center in August 2018. Hady also pursued a certification in Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking from CHAIN Institute, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
