Maria Gratzl is currently the Head of People & Culture at LIWEST and also hosts the #wirsindliwest Podcast. Maria has a strong background in HR, organizational development, and training, with previous experience at companies like Wifi OÖ GmbH, Mot Klagenfurt, and Raiffeisenlandesbank OÖ AG. Maria has extensive experience in leading HR and organizational projects, recruitment, employer branding, and change management. Maria holds a Magister degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and has additional education in Change Management, wellbeing science, and English for Human Resources Professionals.
