Maria Gratzl is the current head of HR & Organization at LIWEST. Maria has previously worked as an HR & Organization consultant for Raiffeisenlandesbank OÖ AG, Personalentwicklungs GesmbH, and MC Brain Unternehmensentwicklung GmbH. Maria has also worked as a beraterin für start-ups for Plan-Control Unternehmensberatung.

Maria Gratzl has a Magister in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Organisation und Marketing from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, a Change Management certificate from Limak, and a Science of Wellbeing certificate from Yale University.
