Vindra Tharmalingam

Vindra Tharmalingam has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. They began their career as a Retail Associate at Caring Pharmacy in 2014. They then moved on to Programmed, where they held roles as a Performance Coordinator in Business Intelligence from 2018 to 2019, and as a Hospitality & Inventory Management specialist from 2015 to 2018.

In 2019, Vindra joined EPIC Unicorn as a Business Analyst and stayed until 2020. They then joined Microsoft as a Regional Business Operations Specialist for the APAC region, specifically in the Azure Starter Offer program, from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for program management, pipeline execution, and providing regular updates and insights.

From 2021 to 2023, Vindra worked at ZALORA Group as a Regional Business Analyst for Regional Fulfillment Centre Projects. In this role, they implemented optimization strategies to increase package consolidation volumes and reduce lead time. They also successfully automated various processes within the Warehouse Management System.

Currently, Vindra Tharmalingam holds the position of Scrum Master cum Product Owner at Lizard Global, starting in 2023.

Vindra Tharmalingam completed their education at various institutions. Vindra attended SMK USJ 13 in Kuala Lumpur from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their SPM - Higher Secondary degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. In 2013, they attended Sunway University for the Monash University Foundation Year, studying Biology/Biological Sciences. From 2014 to 2017, Vindra attended The University of Western Australia, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiology, Pathology, and Laboratory Medicine.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vindra Tharmalingam has obtained several certifications. Vindra became a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in January 2023. In March 2022, they obtained the Certified Lean Six Sigma White Belt from the same institution. Furthermore, they obtained the Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certification from St John WA in March 2019. Finally, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance in December 2020.
