Robert Reppa has a diverse work experience across various industries. Robert started their career as an Aviation Lieutenant in the US Army from 1990 to 1994. Robert then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company in 1996. From 1999 to 2011, they served as a Vice President & Partner at Booz & Company. At Johnson Controls, they held multiple roles including Vice President Business Transformation from 2011 to 2014, Vice President Power Solutions Global Aftermarket Strategy from 2014 to 2016, and Vice President and General Manager China Aftermarket from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at LKQ Corporation since November 2017.
Robert Reppa has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. Robert then pursued a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing it from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing it from 1997 to 1999.
