Alice Givens

Alice Givens has significant work experience primarily in legal and compliance roles. Alice currently holds the position of Chief Legal, Ethics and Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary at LL Flooring. Prior to this, they served as the SVP, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at LL Flooring.

Before joining LL Flooring, Alice worked at Ruth's Hospitality Group, INC, where they held the position of SVP, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary. Alice previously served as the VP-General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Corporate Secretary at the same company.

Alice also has experience working at J.Crew as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary, and at Circuit City as the Assistant General Counsel & Assistant Secretary.

Throughout their career, Alice Givens has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the legal and compliance field, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Alice Givens holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government and English from William & Mary, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Alice later pursued a J.D. in Law at the University of Richmond School of Law, completing their studies between 1994 and 1997. In 2013, they obtained an Advanced Certificate, Level 3 with Merit from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
