Kristian Lesher

Kristian Lesher has an extensive work experience in the technology field. Kristian is currently a Senior Vice President Chief Technology Officer at LL Flooring since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Advance Auto Parts as the Vice President Customer Technologies from May 2015 to January 2023. Before that, they held roles such as Director of Enterprise Systems and Technology Platforms from November 2013 to May 2015, and Director of eCommerce Systems and Enterprise Services from April 2009 to November 2013 at the same company. Kristian also has experience working at Circuit City Stores, Inc., where they held various IT roles including Director of Information Technology - Circuit City Direct from March 2003 to March 2009, Manager of IT, POS Development from April 2000 to March 2003, Manager of IT, Circuit City Direct from October 1998 to April 2000, and Analyst/Developer IT, POS Development from January 1993 to October 1998. Their responsibilities in these roles involved IT support, system development, and strategic planning for online merchandising, eCommerce, and POS initiatives.
