Marisa Olague

Marisa Olague has extensive experience in finance and operations roles. Marisa is currently working as the Director of FP&A for LL Flooring since July 2021. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Manager FP&A at Gabes from August 2020 to June 2021. Marisa also worked at Pier 1 as a Finance Manager & Strategic Business Partner from June 2018 to July 2020, where they specialized in cost management, forecasting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Before that, they had multiple roles at Citi, including Lead Operations Manager, Senior Financial Operations Analyst, and Operations Financial Analyst, where they excelled in strategic assessments, financial analysis, and portfolio management. Marisa also served as the Operations Finance Manager at Citi, where they managed finance and compliance for a real estate portfolio. Overall, Marisa has diverse experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency across various industries.

Marisa Olague holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science with a minor in Mathematics from Texas Tech University. Marisa also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Economics from the same university.
