Michelle Craig

Michelle Craig has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being Head of HR Shared Services at LL Flooring starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Payroll & HRIS Director at LL Flooring from January 2023 to September 2023. Michelle also has experience as the Director of Payroll at LL Flooring from May 2021 to September 2023. Before joining LL Flooring, they worked as the Payroll Director at Zekelman Industries from May 2003 to March 2022. Michelle began their career as a Human Resource Specialist at EMC Technology in 1999.

Michelle Craig, CPP completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human Resources Management from Capella University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In December 2020, they obtained the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association.
