Patricia Clapp has a significant amount of experience in payroll and HRIS management. Patricia served as the Director of Payroll and HRIS at ncgCARE, where they oversaw payroll for 2,000 employees and worked on consolidating all affiliates onto a single platform. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Lumber Liquidators, managing payroll and benefits programs for a national retailer. Patricia also has experience as a Director at Tredegar Corporation and Circuit City Stores, Inc. Patricia started their career as an AVP at Crestar Bank, followed by roles as a Benefits Manager at The American Tobacco Company and Director of Benefits at American Tobacco Company.
Patricia Clapp holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from James Madison University. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA in October 1989 and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 1998.
