Ross Gratopp

Ross Gratopp has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Ross worked as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from June 2005 to October 2006. Then, they served as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo from December 2006 to May 2008. After that, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at Gray Television from May 2008 to October 2009. Ross then transitioned to Advance Auto Parts where they held the roles of Commercial Territory Manager from November 2009 to May 2011 and Regional Sales Manager - eCommerce from May 2011 to August 2013.

Ross then joined mySidewalk by MindMixer as a Business Development Executive from August 2013 to April 2016, during which they led a high-performing sales team and developed the company's Go-To-Market strategy. Ross also served as an Internal Board Member at mySidewalk from December 2014 to April 2016, where they contributed to implementing organizational practices and helped design the compensation program.

Following their time at mySidewalk, Ross joined TBC Corporation, where they took on various roles including Divisional Sales Manager from May 2016 to January 2017, National Sales Manager from January 2017 to June 2021, Director of Fleet Sales from June 2021 to October 2022, and finally, Sr. Director of Sales from October 2022 to the present. Ross currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Sales at LL Flooring, starting in October 2023.

Ross Gratopp attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government.
