Scott Holland

Scott Holland has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Scott started their career at Lowe's Companies, Inc. in 2003, where they worked as a Store Manager for two different locations. In this role, they were responsible for managing a large team of employees and overseeing the financial performance of the stores. After their tenure as a Store Manager, Scott served as the Regional Director of Sales, where they led specialty sales efforts across multiple stores in California and Hawaii. Scott then transitioned to become the Director of Services, where they managed installation and repair services across 23 states in the West Division. In this role, they oversaw 4 Regional Offices, 38 Field Offices, and 3,000 independent contractor entities. Scott eventually joined Lumber Liquidators in 2016 as the Director of Installed Sales.

Scott Holland earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from Missouri State University, graduating in 1994.
