Jay Krawczyk

Jay Krawczyk has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jay currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at L&L Products since November 2019. Previously, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at US Farathane from January 2017 to November 2019, and before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at the same company from May 2015 to January 2017. Prior to that, Jay held a Human Resources position at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC from May 2014 to May 2015, and they were also an HR Director at Armada Rubber Manufacturing Co. from May 2013 to May 2014. Jay's career began at L&L Products, Inc. in 2002, where they worked as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, and Trainer until May 2013. Jay also had previous roles at L&L Products, Inc., starting as a Production Technician from January 1994 to January 1995, and later as a Research and Development Senior Technician from January 1995 to January 2002.

Jay Krawczyk earned a Bachelors degree in Human Resources from Oakland University between 1998 and 2002. Subsequently, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Training and Development, also at Oakland University.
