Roslyn Warner

Roslyn Warner is an Associate Attorney in the Energy and Utility Practice Group at Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., where responsibilities include representing municipalities in regulatory matters and negotiating contracts with utilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, managing enforcement cases related to public water systems and waste management. Roslyn also held positions as a Student Attorney at the Hunter Legal Clinic, Law Clerk at the U.S. Department of Labor and Forester Haynie, and interned with the Federal Public Defender and the Honorable Judge Jennifer Bennett. Roslyn holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University.
