Emily Smith is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in sourcing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since August 2010, Emily has focused on project-based reductions in total cost of acquisition and improvements in gross margin. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Sourcing Manager at Lloyds and held positions as a Buyer and Supply Chain Team Leader at ANIXTER Fasteners. Emily also has a background in engineering recruitment, having been a Managing Consultant at Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd and a Recruitment Consultant at ATA Selection. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Bristol, completed between 1998 and 2000.
