Jo Harris

Jo was appointed CEO, Mass Affluent and Interim Co-lead CEO for Consumer Relationships, with Russell Galley, in July 2022.

Jo joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2014 from RBS, where she worked in a number of different leadership roles. Since joining the Group, Jo has worked in a variety of roles including Managing Director for Business Banking, Group Customer Services, and most recently Managing Director of Lloyds Bank and Bank of Scotland Community Banks.

Jo has been a Trustee for the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales since 2017.
