Roger Griffiths

Roger Griffiths is a seasoned Programme Director and infrastructure delivery specialist with over four decades of experience in the banking sector. Currently serving at Lloyds Banking Group since February 2012 in various leadership roles, including Head of Infrastructure Delivery and Head of Technical Delivery, Roger has been instrumental in delivering essential Retail & Consumer Finance Infrastructure Programmes and managing the MBNA Integration. Previously, Roger held key positions at Barclays Bank for over 30 years, overseeing significant infrastructure projects and managing large teams across Europe. Earlier roles also include a brief consultancy at The Co-operative Group focused on project mobilisation and service design. Roger's extensive background encompasses comprehensive programme management, team leadership, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives.
