Robert O'Donnell

Robert O'Donnell has extensive experience in engineering and inspection within the lifting equipment sector. Currently serving as a Crane Engineer at Lloyds British since May 2017, Robert is responsible for servicing, inspecting, repairing, and installing equipment. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Lead Inspector at OES from April 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included conducting inspections of lifting equipment, load testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT), while collaborating with senior rig crews and ensuring efficient work planning across various international locations including the North Sea, USA, Mexico, China, Oman, Dubai, and the Falklands. Robert's career began in December 1999 with The Duke of Lancaster Regiment, where foundational skills in discipline and teamwork were developed.
