Abi Ingram

Senior User Researcher at LLoyd's Direct

Abi Ingram has extensive experience in user research and customer service. Abi started their career at Waitrose as a Customer Service Assistant from August 2012 to August 2016. Abi then interned as a Research Assistant at the University of Bristol and the Mood Disorders Centre, University of Exeter, from May 2017 to September 2017, and from September 2017 to May 2018, respectively. Abi also worked as a Catering Assistant at Comida, University of Exeter, from May 2017 to July 2018.

Abi's user research career began at Deliveroo, where they started as a Marketing Intern from August 2018 to November 2018. Abi then transitioned to a User Research Intern role in November 2018 and eventually became a full-time User Researcher from January 2019 to July 2020. At Deliveroo, Abi led strategic research projects across multiple user groups and collaborated with various stakeholders. Their research methods included usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, surveys, observations, remote research, and journey mapping.

Currently, Abi is working at LloydsDirect as a Senior User Researcher since April 2022.

Abi Ingram completed their education at the University of Exeter from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in Psychology. Prior to that, they studied at Nailsea School from 2007 to 2014, achieving their GCSE and A Level qualifications. The specific field of study at Nailsea School is not provided.
