Melanie Nordman

Head of Retention at LLoyd's Direct

Melanie Nordman has a strong background in marketing and CRM, with experience in a variety of industries. Melanie held the position of Head of Retention at LloydsDirect (formerly Echo) from January 2022, where they focused on customer retention strategies. Prior to that, they were the CRM Manager at the same company from July 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining LloydsDirect, Melanie worked at Koru Kids as a Senior CRM Manager from November 2019 to December 2020. Melanie also worked as a Freelance CRM Consultant between June 2019 and November 2019.

Melanie has significant experience in senior CRM roles, as seen in their role as Senior CRM Manager at Clippings from December 2018 to May 2019.
