Nicole McKenzie began their work experience in 2015 as a Customer Service Assistant at Boots UK. Nicole then worked at various companies as a Customer Service Assistant, including New Look and GAME RETAIL LIMITED. In 2018, Nicole worked briefly as a Customer Service Assistant at Debenhams. From 2016 to 2018, they also worked at Boots UK as a Customer Service Assistant. Nicole's next role was as a Receptionist at Willow Tree Family Doctors, where they worked from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Nicole joined LloydsDirect (formerly Echo) as an Office Coordinator and held the same role until 2022. Currently, they work as an Administrator at Wembley Centre for Health and Care starting from April 2023.

Nicole McKenzie's education history starts in 2008 when they enrolled at Northolt High School. Nicole completed their secondary education there and obtained 11 GCSE's. After graduating from high school, they went on to attend Northolt High School's Sixth Form from 2013 to 2015.
