Beatriz Jiron, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Beatriz is currently the Director of Operations and a Senior Account Executive at LMA Marketing & Advertising. Prior to this, they co-founded La Merca Company, where they built and led a high-performing team of 22 employees while also establishing herself as a successful travel influencer with a large following across Instagram, Facebook, and their travel blog. Beatriz also worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso, where they contributed to a literature review and provided educational support to undergraduate business students. Additionally, they served as a Production Director at Televisa, where they developed and executed marketing campaigns, resulting in a significant increase in sales and oversaw the production of television programs. Earlier in their career, Beatriz worked as a Promotions & Marketing Coordinator at Energy Communications, where they excelled in developing impactful promotional packages, coordinating comprehensive marketing campaigns, and creating visually compelling commercials.

Beatriz Jiron, MBA has a strong educational background in business administration and management. In 2012, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. During this time, their focus of study was on general business administration and management. In 2016, they furthered their education by pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso. Their specialization continued to be in the field of business administration. Additionally, in 2011, Beatriz briefly attended Comillas Pontifical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Beatriz has also obtained a certification in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialization from the University of California, Davis in February 2021.
