Louise Rainger

Louise Rainger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Louise started their career as a Field Specialist at Kumon Australia & New Zealand, where they provided strategy and support to education management franchises. Louise then moved on to Kumon Asia & Oceania Pte Ltd, where they served as a Project Manager and later became the Country Manager, leading the launch of new country operations.

Rainger then joined Kumon North America, Inc. as an Assistant General Manager before progressing to the role of General Manager (VP of Operations), overseeing strategies, growth, and team development for various regions. Their responsibilities also included stakeholder management, pioneering new marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth.

After their tenure at Kumon, Rainger worked as the Operations and Project Manager at Rex J Andrews Pty Ltd. Louise then joined Commonwealth Bank as the National Strategic Partnerships Manager, where they focused on developing partnerships. Currently, Rainger holds the position of National Director of Broker Education at LMG.

Throughout their career, Rainger has demonstrated leadership skills and experience in various areas such as operations, finance, human resources, strategy, and business development.

Louise Rainger attended Loreto Normanhurst from 1993 to 1996, where they received their High School Diploma. From 1997 to 1999, they continued their education at the University of Sydney and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Economic History. Later, in 2000 and 2001, they attended APM College of Business and Communication, where they obtained a Diploma in Public Relations/Image Management.
