Samantha Aubuchon

Samantha AuBuchon, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in various HR roles. Samantha has worked as a Director of Compensation and Benefits at LMI Aerospace, where they oversaw HRIS resources and executed initiatives focused on talent management. Prior to that, they held roles at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, overseeing benefits administration and compliance, and at Thompson Coburn LLP and Husch Blackwell, where they managed legal recruiting and development efforts. In the early stages of their career, Samantha worked in billing and client/matter intake roles at law firms.

Samantha AuBuchon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Western Illinois University. Samantha also obtained an Associate Degree in Psychology from St. Charles Community College in May 2003. In August 2018, Samantha obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM, and they also hold a Paralegal Certification from The Center for Legal Studies.
