Eri Jancaj

Eri Jancaj has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eri is currently employed at LMS365, where they hold the roles of Sales Director and Chief Human Success Officer starting in 2024. Prior to this, Eri was a Senior Business Manager and Enterprise Account Executive at LMS365, achieving impressive sales results and building strong client relationships. Eri worked at Hilti, Inc. (U.S.) as a Software Sales Consultant from 2015 to 2019, earning recognition for their sales achievements and strategy development. Eri also has experience as the Head of Sales and Customer Satisfaction at Carlypso, as well as the Business Development Manager and Operations and Support Manager at Your Mechanic. Eri started their career as an Account Manager at Hilti USA and also served as a Sales Manager at Symbiosis LLC.

Eri Jancaj completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing & Management from Penn State University between 2003 and 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a high school degree from Franklin Learning Center's College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from 2000 to 2003. In 2017, Eri Jancaj pursued Business Administration and Management studies at The Wharton School through an online program.
