Mette Olesen

Mette Olesen has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Assistant at Liva Stormarked from 2006 to 2007. Mette then worked as a Sales Assistant at Føtex, Dansk Supermarked from 2008 to 2013, where they took on additional responsibilities such as improving work processes and managing conflicts. Mette later worked as an Intern and Master Thesis Student at C3 Consulting from 2012 to 2013, where they gained experience in cultural training and social media strategy. Mette briefly participated in an Online Marketing course at Bigum&Co in 2013. Mette then worked as a Communication and Web Manager at Café Cope from September to December 2013. In 2014, they served as a Marketing Manager at Fractum Aps, where they handled various marketing activities such as website redesign, content development, social media strategy, and international campaigns. Mette joined Job Vision in 2015 as a Communications Consultant and then became the Head of Marketing, Communication, and B2B from February to August 2016. Currently, Mette is working at LMS365, initially as the Marketing and Communications Manager from August 2016 to January 2021. Mette then became the Chief Marketing Officer in January 2021 and later transitioned to the role of Chief Human Success Officer from January 2024.

Mette Olesen completed a Master's degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus School of Business between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and European Studies from Aarhus University from 2007 to 2010. Mette attended Munkensdam Gymnasium from 2003 to 2006, and their early education was at Sct. Michaels Skole from 1993 to 2003.
