Rachel Doss

Rachel Doss is a skilled professional with extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the Human Success Manager at Zensai since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from November 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing the Help Desk, overseeing the Learning Management System, and coordinating desktop support services for over 4,000 users. Rachel's IT career also includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at the Correctional Medical Authority and an Office Automation Specialist within the Florida Department of Agriculture. Additionally, Rachel served as a Supply Warehouse Clerk in the United States Marine Corps, participating in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
