Dr. Smriti Singh has work experience as a Regional Director at LNJ Bhilwara Group, where they managed both State Centers and was responsible for designing and ensuring quality training, placement, and retention of candidates. Dr. Smriti also oversaw the development of a pool of master trainers and the capacity building of trainers, as well as performing administrative tasks. Additionally, they served as a Regional Director at LNJ Bhilwara Group, managing the training of candidates under the Deen Dayal Kaushal Vikash Yojana, a rural employment generation program. This role involved curriculum development, including behavior change communication sessions, and ensuring successful placement and retention of candidates after three months of training. Dr. Singh also worked as a State Programme Director at Mahila Samakhya UP until May 2022.
Dr. Smriti Singh obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sociology from Lucknow University in Lucknow. Dr. Smriti attended the university from 1998 to 2004.
