Brad Holland has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Brad started their career as a Teacher/Coach at Berryhill Schools from 2008 to 2013. Brad then moved on to work as a Senior Recruiter at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) from 2013 to 2018, where they provided consulting, engineering, and professional services to government agencies and commercial customers. Brad then worked as the General Manager of Business Operations at KWN Assets from 2018 to 2019, where they managed construction and infrastructure projects. In 2019, Brad joined LNO, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting Operations, where they oversaw all recruiting operations and was responsible for managing the hiring process and negotiating employee benefits. Finally, Brad became the General Manager at Hui Huliau Defense Systems in 2020, where they provided streamlined solutions to the Federal government and DoD customers until 2022.
Brad Holland attended Sperry High School from 1999 to 2003. After completing high school, Brad enrolled at Northeastern State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree with a focus on History. Brad attended Northeastern State University from 2003 to 2007.
