Guilherme Damiani

Guilherme Damiani is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design, leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Loadsmart since November 2020, Guilherme previously held roles including Senior Product Designer at the same company and Head of Design at Ali Crédito, where leadership skills were applied to enhance financial products for employees in Brazil. As a Chapter Coordinator for Startup Grind, Guilherme contributed to the entrepreneurial community in Campinas, and co-founded DRAFT 52 and Widbook, focusing on product development and digital publishing, respectively. Additional experience includes partnerships in design with MidiaLegal.com and MZ, along with foundational work as a Digital Designer at Southern Cross Austereo. Guilherme's educational background includes studies at Billy Blue College of Design and Miami Ad School, among others.
